Ingredients for 1 lb of beef (sirloin, tenderloin, ribeye sliced thin)
Marinade:
3 T soy sauce
2 T brown sugar
1 T honey [ 2 t sugar is also ok ]
2 T red wine [mirin works too]
1 T sesame oil
2 T minced garlic
1 T chopped green onion
2 T pear, puree [ or 1 Tbs kiwi or 3 Tbs onion puree]
Directions
1. Mix all marinade ingredients together, then add to the beef.
2. Allow the beef to marinade overnight in the refrigerator.
3. Cook the beef in a skillet, griddle or grill on medium high heat until all pink is gone.
4. Serve with rice. Sprinkle with green onions. ENJOY!
