The Ultimate Way to Transform Your Leftover Lunchmeat into a Delicious Meal! | Broccoli Ring
An excellent way to get rid of lunchmeat, the broccoli ring also is a great choice to make for a potluck or party.
Ingredients
1 lb of lunchmeat, cut into bite sized chunks
1 lb of broccoli, cut into bite sized chunks
2 cups of your favorite shredded cheese
1 cup mayo
1/4 cup of dijon mustard
2 cans of crescent rolls
1. Pre-heat your oven to 375F.
2. Lay the crescent roll pieces out on a pizza stone, a stone wear baking sheet or baking sheet with the larger in towards the center and the points away from the center. Continue to layer as seen in the video.
3. Mix all of the remaining ingredients together in a large bowl.
4. Spoon the broccoli-lunchmeat mixture onto the crescent rolls towards the center of the ring.
5. Pull the points back over the mixture and connect to the center of the ring.
6. Place the ring into the oven and cook until the crescent rolls are golden brown (about 20-25 minutes).
7. Cut, serve and ENJOY!
